Moscow Aviation Institute (National Research University) MAI, founded in 1930, is one of the leading high-tech institutes in Russia. In October 2009, it was ranked among the top 12 universities of the Russian Federation and went top 1907 in the world 2023 rankings. Since its inception, it has been spearheading advances in aerospace technology both within Russia and globally.
